6 Signs You Have a SLUGGISH Metabolism:

 

1) You are tired all of the time. If you are sleeping well (quality sleep) and getting at least 7-8 hours each night, this can be a sign that your body is not able to take in all of the nutrients you are providing it. It has a harder time and much slower time processing these nutrients.

2) You have constant sugar cravings. This can be due to your body not being able to get sugar into the cells and use the sugar as energy. When this happens, your body believes it hasn’t had enough food so it believes its starving and that is when the cravings kick in!

3) HORMONES! You are gaining weight even though you are eating well and exercising. Having a thyroid issue can be the reason why you are packing on the pounds without doing much.

4) You are always cold. The job of our metabolism is to help maintain warmth within our bodies. Being cold all the time could mean hormonal imbalances, a thyroid issue and

5) Your memory isn’t the greatest (aka experiencing brain fog). When your body is not able to properly absorb all the nutrients you are consuming, you may not be able to think properly!
